Often success lies in making informed decisions throughout the development process.  Business coaching keeps you on track with continued advice and support. You will participate in a custom program designed with regularly scheduled meetings that are tailored to your needs and work style. Coaching programs are offered in weekly, bimonthly and monthly segments.

Hourly advising is the appropriate service format for individuals who have general questions or are looking for focused advice on a single topic such as developing an action plan, business strategies, financing and intellectual property. Consulting time is offered in two-hour meeting segments.

A retainer fee is charged for long-term projects that require continued advice on multiple facets of a project. On the onset of the project goals are set, milestones to be accomplished established and time frame to reserve outlined (for example two hours a week). This method includes a contractual relationship with the fee charged on the onset and worked off over the contracted period.

Flat fees are charged for implementation tasks such as contract negotiations, business sales and design. The client outlines the scope of work and a fee is established. 

   
The Design Entrepreneur Network (DEN) is an organization for qualified creative entrepreneurs that provides a professional peer support system to keep members on track to meet their self-appointed goals. The DEN is a place for people to pitch new ideas, seek advice, listen to inspiring speakers and showcase their work.  The end-goal of the DEN is to help foster and nurture businesses and products in an environment in which they can properly grow and become profitable, successful, fun and fulfilling ventures.

The Invention Innovation curriculum has been taught for fourteen years to creative entrepreneurs, looking for insider tips on starting businesses and launching products.  Through implementing this structured process roughly one-third of course attendees have successfully started their own businesses and licensed products.
